CP REVIEW: This old-school diner earned an award from the PA Beef Council for exemplary meat dishes, and much of the 12 tons of beef the local fixture roasts each year goes for its signature dish: the open-faced roast beef sandwich. It’s a pile of meat, between white bread, choice of potato and topped with gravy “all over.” [May 21, 2008]
