Senti, along with Winemaker Claudio Viberti, of Viberti Wines and Nick Biondi of Majestic Wine and Spirits, present a selection of wines from Piedmont, Italy paired with a four-course menu highlighting classic Northern Italian dishes. Menu items to include Potato Polenta Stuffed with Gorgonzola Cheese, House-made Pasta with Sausage and Mushrooms in a Light Tomato Sauce, Beef Shoulder and Barolo Stew, and Chocolate Pudding Piedmont Style with Amaretti Crumbs. Claudio represents the 3rd generation to run the family business.
