RACE IN PITTSBURGH: Great Issues Forum

When: Tue., Oct. 4, 7-9 p.m. 2016

Church of the Redeemer, Squirrel Hill, is launching an annual Great Issues Forum which this year will center on Race in Pittsburgh. We hope to offer a fact-based, multi-perspective consideration of controversial topics in order to promote civil discussion and encourage members of the greater community to action. The first forum will be held on Tuesday, October 4 and will focus on the relationship between the police and the African America community. David Harris (Pitt Law) Cameron McLay (Pgh Police) Richard Garland (Pitt Public Health), and Brandi Fisher (Alliance for Police Accountability) will speak.
