Thanks for writing an article that explains part of the reality of these situations, rather than sensationalizing old news (of a kangaroo court case in which one person was conveniently blamed for damaged caused during a riot of about 200 people). If anyone was at court for these arrests, they'd also see that the cops lied there, too, to find an "anarchist leader" scapegoat for all of the shitty actions of the police the day of the rally. It's nice to see someone writing about the incident that sparked the rally and the part homophobic police play in reports not being filed. I would have liked to see more about how many queer people at the rally shared their experiences being mentally, physically, and sexually abused by police but if you weren't at the rally you wouldn't have heard those. So, keep up the good work.
