CP REVIEW: A genuinely old-school Italian-American restaurant which still trades on the dining traditions — and dishes — of the past. The entrée list borders on epic, with umpteen varieties of steak, seafood, meat, poultry, pasta and pizza. Some entrees could use a little more spice, but Palmieri’s best dishes hold their own against contemporary upstarts, and its atmosphere is its own treat. [March 9, 2010]
