Out of the Darkness Walk

Suicide rates are growing in America. There is no better time than the present to raise awareness and money to help combat this epidemic. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is bringing an opportunity to do just that in Pittsburgh. The Out of the Darkness Walk will gather thousands in an effort to fund education for suicide prevention and advocate for public-policy changes. Registration is free, and attendees are encouraged to fundraise for the event. The 5-kilometer walk starts at Highmark Stadium, follows the river trail and returns to the stadium.
