Opening Reception for Artist in Residence: Emily Sciulli

Emily Sciulli is a Pittsburgh-based artist who uses bookbinding techniques to transform reclaimed paper into sculptures. She received her BA in Studio Arts at Washington Jefferson College and her MFA at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. As a teaching artist, she works at the Union Project in East Liberty and the Carnegie Museum of Art teaching ceramics classes. This opening reception is to celebrate the art that Emily created during her residency here at Creative Reuse. The opening reception is August 29, 6-8pm. There will be food music and beverages provided so please stop by and have some fun!
