Not to mention the waste that would be eliminated if they STAFFED us properly and we could actually attend to our caseloads and review the cases properly and timely... The plan is foolproof...hire fewer workers to manage larger caseloads, drown us all in paperwork and and expect increased accuracy...where's the problem?! -random unappreciated lackey for the department of public welfare
