"Natural Flow"

When: Sat., Sept. 23, 6-8:30 p.m. 2017

Representing the duality of a collective experience within the African Diaspora, as refracted through individual perspectives and sensibilities, NATURAL FLOW captures an innate dynamism that shares numerous sources of inspiration. This includes social issues and current events, dreams, the human form, superheroes, and fantasy. Most obvious in the works of Jalil, Robinson, and Walker is a recurrent science-fiction and comics-art aesthetic, expressed with varying straightforward and nondescript approaches. Like the best soul and hip-hop music, the intersection of talent on display in NATURAL FLOW will move audiences from artist to artist, and from emotion to emotion, with organic harmony.

Price: Free and open to the public
