Pittsburgh Filmmakers shows the only movies worth attending in Pittsburgh and has for many years. Charlie Humphrey is supposed to be the savior of the arts in Pittsburgh, but the truth is he looted Pittsburgh Filmmakers to bail out a bankrupt Arts center which is located in his grandmother's mansion. A spoiled rich kid living on an inheritance has the social connections to foundations who bail him out when he screws the organization he was hired to run. Shame on the foundations. In private industry or in sports, when the CEO or coach is guilty of mismanagement, do they fire all the players? Mr. Humphrey's comment about "which of my children I prefer" is most revealing. Pittsburgh Filmmakers is a public institution, not some rich kid's child or possession.
