(Tuesdays) July 9th - 30th 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Learn what meditation is and how it can benefit you. There are simple ways to incorporate meditation into your life. If you have a desire to reduce stress and operate through life from a place of peace and calm, this series is for you. We will explore a variety of meditations through Essential oils, sound and breath. $15 per class. Participants will be seated.
