Lynn ended up watching Trump's address last night after all. She is glad to hear that at least five Republican senators have made some sounds that they might be willing to vote to stop the shutdown, and continue the conversation over the wall in another manor. She is also discussing the National Security Council report, which was delivered to Congress the day before the shutdown. The top threats include cyber security, and possible rise of biological weapons, in fact the report doesn't even mention a wall along the southern border.
As a follow up to yesterday, Lynn is discussing the sleek she felt compelled to make after the show.
