OneTable is relishing this moment in Pittsburgh and presenting an event aimed at teaching the history, benefits, and processes to make all things pickled. OneTable’s own Chef Sara Fatell, National Community Manager, is teaching the master class on fermented foods and their place in Judaism, as well as in our diets. Guests will start custom jars of pickles and kraut to take home, while also providing enduring skills that can be used to pickle anything and everything. OneTable is a social dining platform for Jews in their 20s and 30s that enables individuals to cultivate a Shabbat dinner practice.
