This is all so ironic I just went through something similar to this in Phoenix Arizona. Someone reached out to me from a recruiting company offering me this awesome opportunity. I go through an interview "process", few days pass and I give a verbal yes to accept their offer and that they will send me a written offer letter via email in a few days. I was also given the option of a October 24th or October 31st class start date in Pittsburgh. No written offer letter had come yet, and I already have given a 2 week notice to my employer. Just to find out two days ago that they recanted their offers. The short Explanation was they were no longer interested in the Phoenix Market. This is very wrong for them to mess with people's lives this way. Looks like I have a week to find a new career, thanks a lot
