It's true what Pennsylvania says about the schools preferring to hire cheaper, less experienced teachers. When I taught there 10 years ago, there just wasn't as much supply to meet the demand - now it's shifting the other way. My friends have had great luck lately finding reasonable paying jobs on the Korean ESL Job boards. There are some you need to steer clear of but there are some good ones out there.
