I am impressed with the black and white photo at the beginning of this article that States it was taken in 1976. But upon analysis, one familiar with the area and layout would notice far more amiss. The dead ringer that debunks the legitimacy of this photo being taken over 40 years ago is that elger and ppg plant are non existent yet the new klingensmiths building is erect across from it's original location.
