Location: The Gailliot Center, Carlow University Commons. Reception following the reading. David Power, an acclaimed Uilleann piper, is a member of Irish music groups Masters of Tradition and Pipers Union. Willie Kelly, an acclaimed fiddler, is based in New Jersey and released a highly acclaimed duet CD with Mike Rafferty called The New Broom. Tess Barry’s poems have been widely published.
