Join us for HOW, a series of hands-on workshops for adults and teens. Learn about Indian spices, including their use as aromatic flavor enhancers and for nutritional and preservative purposes. Anoo Verghis, author of Kerala Cooking, will demonstrate how much spice to use and when, as well as how to store spices. No registration is necessary for these sessions. Seating for all workshops is available to 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
