In celebration of everyone’s favorite neighbor, Fred Rogers, the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is hosting a series of events for the 16th year in a row. Rogers remains a beloved icon of Pittsburgh; his children’s TV show, Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, was not only groundbreaking, but resonated throughout multiple generations. To celebrate what would’ve been Rogers’ 90th birthday, the museum will be offering free admission. Daniel Tiger, one of the beloved characters from the show, will be around for photos all throughout the afternoon, and WQED will be there to sponsor some neighborly-themed activities for kids of all ages. -LO
