From Circular Economy to Circular Society - European Perspectives in Pittsburgh

Ecologic Institute and the European Studies Center at the University of Pittsburgh., with support from the European Commission, will bring the global conversation on sustainability to the local level in Pittsburgh. Our European guest speakers include Janna Jung-Irrgang from the zero waste and recycling collective rehab republic and Rámon Arndt Senior Expert in the Department of Urban Planning in Munich and board member of Green City, a civic-engagement organization; and from Croatia: Vlatka Vlahek, head of the city development department in Ivanić-Grad and Zoran Kordić, cofounder and President of Green Energy Cooperative.
