Come get an overview of rowing! The class begins on our indoor rowing machines with a crash course on the rowing stroke, and concludes with a brief equipment tour& handling orientation.Rowing is a terrific aerobic and anaerobic workout which is easy on the joints and can be adapted to a variety of fitness levels. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Whether you are an adult or middle or high schooler looking for a different sport or physical activity, rowing is a good alternative to exercising at the gym or other sports. Ages10 & up.
