Chair Yoga classes bring seniors together to help them stay healthy, confident and independent. The classes incorporate warm ups, upper and lower body stretches, standing and balancing poses and some great sequences for strengthening and flexibility. The classes adapt traditional yoga poses and work safely with people who have physical limitations to ensure yoga is accessible to people of all ages and stages of life. Please note there are stairs to get to the studio. If you are limited mobility, please join us on Sundays at 10:00 for out accessible class.
