Mr. Adams, rain barrels are partly to save water but mostly, as I understand it, to prevent excessive runoff which can worsen sewage overflow and flooding like we had on Washington Blvd. RE fracking, do you really want it in our urban area any more than you would want coal mining under your house? I personally come from several parts of the country and I proudly call Pittsburgh home and hardly think we're dying and appreciate what diversity and social and political debate we have. I say, let's all pitch in to make this the best city it can be!
