I called Monday to get help from The errors Highmark made on my account. I signed a release and waited 3 days..No one got back to me.. I informed "shannon the militant one" that I need medical attention. Finally I called, after my coverage was denied.."Shannon the militant one" told me it was fixed.. I asked "then why was it denied?" She replied "I was too busy to call you.." I responded "perhaps you were too busy to do your job, because you did nothing." She then threatened to call the police on me.. I told her...I'll be on the other line..let's conference call them. She hung up.. This is how people who do not know what they are doing ACT.. They become militant...and the feeling was echoed to my 5 calls to his office..ALL DOUBLE TALK...KEITH ROTHFUS IS A STOOGE, with junior stooges at the helm... He complains about the gridlock in washington..You may want to look at your office gridlock first
