What is a Hiring Event?

Think of it like a job fair, but for one company and more personal. Hiring events are a great way for us to fill a large number of roles quickly - it's a human process, and throwing your resume into a black hole is a waste of your time and ours. We would like to meet you and if we like you we'll make you a job offer (on the spot!)

What to Expect and What to Bring

Confirm: After you RSVP, we will follow-up with further details and to confirm your attendance. Please do confirm when asked.
Prepare: Complete online application prior to attending in order to connect with a recruiter more quickly at the open house: Application to complete. Bring a resume if you have one (optional).
Arrive: When you arrive, please check-in.
Interview: Job offers will be made on the spot as long as the Online Application is completed prior to the event.

CVS Health is building our Inbound Customer Service team to support our benefit members as they make important health decisions. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center to be the first line of communication for our members.

This is not your typical call center job! You will take inbound calls and have conversations with our members to answer questions or provide information so that they better understand their coverage and options.Through your skills and knowledge you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. Typical topics include: prescription refills, order status and insurance coverage.

Our call centers have a high-energy culture and are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy while resolving the member’s questions on the first call. It feels good to do this job; you support people when they need it the most.
