When: Sun., April 1, 4-5 p.m. 2018

As part of Carnegie Mellon University’s International Film Festival, “Clash” takes place during the turmoil following the ousting of Egyptian president Morsi in 2013. The film is set entirely inside a police truck. The detainees inside consist of Muslim Brotherhood, pro-army supporters, and those who identify as neither. Together, they must navigate their diverging political and religious backgrounds to survive this claustrophobic nightmare while violent protests rage outside. CMU’s McConomy Auditorium.
