Good friends with the OP, and we both went through this TWICE now since November '15. The first 'homework assignment' or 'pre-interview' question was "Describe in detail how long it would take to drive across every bridge in Pittsburgh." I used mapping software, took my good old time, like 4 hours to create a detailed answer, and it still wasn't good enough. They are most certainly a scam.
