You’ve probably heard that it’s best to eat organic and support small businesses, but you might not have thought to apply this practice to your pets. Petagogy, located in Shadyside and Greensburg, specializes in providing the best in food, toys, and grooming for your furry friends (or hairless!)

The care and knowledge the team puts into the store is part of the reason it’s been voted Best Pet Store several years in a row.

“It's definitely given us recognition in the community as a reliable place for healthy, natural, and unique pet supplies,” says Heather Blum, Petagogy co-owner.

Even the website is full of helpful posts, such as how to feed felines and how to get your pets ready for winter.

“We are so glad to be located in a city with so many dog and cat lovers,” says Blum.
