That's just insane! I'll admit, I've given a false name to the police before and, like she says she did, after I realized I had to give my birth name, I quickly did so. I certainly wasn't thrown in jail for 5 days for it.
And this is the same government that sends spies to vegan potlucks looking for "eco-terrorists" and arrests activists on vandalism charges for drawing on the sidewalk with chalk! Absolutely ludicrous!!
