A Night at the Pump House

Abandoned Pittsburgh comes to life through the voices of several local writers. Come hear and see how Chuck Beard's evocative and distinct photographs have inspired stories of Pittsburgh authors including Anjali Sachdeva, Arlan Hess, Sharon Dilworth, Jane Bernstein, Jane McCafferty, Tess Allard, Jen Bannan, and Jesse Welch. The event will be held at the Pump House in Homestead. Come see how abandoned buildings and iconic local sites give way to intriguing voices from the past and present. Refreshments will start at 7PM and readings shortly after that.
