Every case is different. Ben had WITNESSES.
Anyone can make a complaint, however stupid. BUT, a charge cannot be brought until it is reviewed and there is probable cause. Your rationale is so warped, I am amazed you continue to keep this up.
No one is AGAINST the victim if there is one, and consider that it is Kang if he did not do anything wrong
There are no probablities. It is all or nothing. He did it or he did not.
    The rape test showed?
    The interview with the cabbie?
    The video from the hotel?
Sexual assault is such an egregious violation of civilization it almost stands alone.
    It's disgustingly awful.
So is punishing someone who is innocent.
If he's guilty, get rid of him.

I graduated law school. Anyone can file a complaint, even you for this same exact offense. BUT to levy a charge, there has to be a probable cause. Now, more than two weeks later, you would have the man SIT? I disagree with you, your logic is flawed.
