Mullen’s Bar & Grill in Wrigleyville opened in February of 2002, continuing a family tradition of opening friendly neighborhood restaurant/pubs that dates back to 1958. Following successful endeavors in Roger’s Park, Wrigleyville and Lisle the Anton family set their sites on a new location across from PNC park in Pittsburgh PA. This location is in the heart of the Northshore and is walking distance to PNC park, Heinz Field and the soon to open casino. The Mullen’s name was inspired by a family friend, Officer Jim Mullen of the 24th District in Roger’s Park, where he provided dutiful service during his tenure. In 1996, Jim was forced to retire after he was seriously wounded in the line of duty. His continuing zest for life, humanitarian efforts and optimism in the face of adversity are an inspiration and we feel proud and honored that our establishment bears his name. ----------------------------------------------- We hope to make Mullen's YOUR Sports Bar Pittsburgh!
