(412) Slam!

Spoken Word Poets will compete in 3 rounds of slam with 3 different time limits (4 minutes, 1 minute and 2 minutes), using their own original work, with no props, no costumes, and no musical accompaniment to assist them. The winner will represent Pittsburgh at an international competition featuring 95 other poets from all over the world! Join us for a night of creativity, competition, and community as some of the Steel City’s very best performance poets go in for a chance at international notoriety! The Pittsburgh Poetry Collective charges $10 at the door.
