Here's a heads-up for you: a few months back, I did a fun interview with Slim Cessna -- frontman of Slim Cessna's Auto Club, and Polish Hill resident. At the time, SCAC were about to play the 31st Street Pub, and a side project of Slim's, Denver Broncos UK, was set to play at the Mattress Factory.

During the interview (in a part that didn't make it into the piece) Slim told me he was playing music with his son, George, and they were hoping to play out soon. That day has come, as Slim and George descend on Club Cafe this Friday night (the 4th of December) to play along with collaborator Rob Loveclutch. You can actually check out some video of Slim and Rob playing at CP Remixed earlier this year here.
