P90X LIVE exercise class

When: Mondays, 6-7 p.m.

P90X LIVE is a total-body strength and cardio class that incorporates principles from personal training and functional strength coaching. P90X LIVE classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. I will work closely with you to modify exercises, showing you progressions and regressions so that you are challenged and get the results you are looking for.
