I guess my dad is out of luck. He lives on Carey Way between 21st and 22nd. That alley is already a mess. It used to be no parking on the side of the alley where the houses are located. Now, it's a free for all in there. Idiot college kids park inches from my dad's house. With parking on both sides in that little alley, half the time cars can't get through, much less a fire truck in case of emergency. It would be nice if they would make the side of the street with the homes a no parking zone again.
