If the city wants to be serious about enforcing the noise ordinances, an officer should take a stroll through lower Frick Park or Highland Park any summer weekend. The recorded music coming from those groves has to exceed what the law specifies. I'm thinking the Shadow Lounge has nothing on these spots.
