I Wish to Say

Artist Sheryl Oring has been commissioned to present her work "I Wish to Say" in Market Square. Oring has performed "I Wish to Say" in over 70 locations across the United States. The project began in 2004 during George W. Bush's presidency. Oring wanted to give Americans the opportunity to have their voices be heard in regards to the current state-of-affairs. Come to Market Square to dictate a message to the current administration. A copy of it will be sent to the White House, and another will be saved in the artist's archives.
