Dining Description: CP REVIEW: The chef at this South Hills fixture is named Tambellini, and that's the tip-off that this is a classic Pittsburgh Italian place. The atmosphere is somewhere between neighborhood joint and stuffily formal. The seafood here is a strong suit, and the appetizers are worth springing for as well.
