Today's MP3 Monday comes from local two-piece prog-rock band Motometer. The band features bassist/guitarist Adam Fagelson and drummer Stephen Dusenberry, who have backed such artists as Peter Cetera, George Clinton, Steve Miller, George Benson, Maynard Ferguson, Foghat and Molly Hatchet. Motometer recently released its self-titled album, which features the song "Mexi-Pepsi", found below. Enjoy!

I saw these dudes with Protomen. They killed. The "bass" player does the bass and guitar parts simultaneously. And yeah the drummer is ill!

Would you believe that the WDVE morning show had these guys booked, but then told them 'no' when they found out there was no vocalist........unreal! Write DVE and tell them they are missing out!

Kudos to the City Paper for giving a band doing something different coverage. I dig it.
